While not everyone goes to AA or NA meetings after their stay in an alcohol or drug rehabilitation program, if you are feeling weak, this may be something you want or need to do. These meetings can be your lifeline when you feel weak to alcohol. You may be experience cravings, triggers, or just going through a rough time. Do Something Creative or Something That Exerts You
