Job Title:  Behavioral Health Technician

Magnolia Ranch Recovery is an intimate Residential Substance Abuse Treatment facility located on over 100 acres of beautiful countryside that provides a haven for those struggling with addiction and other mental health disorders. We are located in Taft, TN, 45 minutes north of Huntsville, AL. This is a great opportunity for those interested in the Behavioral Health/ Addiction/Psychology field. We are seeking candidates that will have open scheduling and flexibility.

Job Duties herein are not limited to:

  • Works daily with patients to provide support, encouragement, and guidance
  • Documents patient information and notifies supervisor or medical if crisis/emergencies arises
  • Assists in emergency situations as directed
  • Ensures patients attend scheduled activities
  • Monitor client self-administration of medication.
  • Understands and maintains confidentiality of patient information and records
  • Obtain client vital signs and informs medical staff of irregularities.
  • Recognizes crisis situations and provides appropriate interventions based on training and experience.
  • Monitors client status and documents and/or reports findings to clinical staff.
  • Serves as client advocate; establishes rapport; is aware of and respects the rights and dignity of all clients.
  • Interact with clients in activities including meals, transporting clients to appointments and activities outside the facility.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and household chores as needed including cleaning, laundry, taking out trash, shopping, etc.
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record to be added to company insurance policy.
  • All candidates must be comfortable driving 15 passenger van and possess a valid DL.
  • Facilitate educational groups under the supervision of the Clinical Director

Job Title:  Primary Therapist- Full Time

Magnolia Ranch Recovery is an intimate Residential Substance Abuse Treatment facility located on over 100 acres of beautiful countryside that provides a haven for those struggling with addiction and other mental health disorders. We are located in Taft, TN, 45 minutes north of Huntsville, AL.

We are actively searching for a full-time Primary Therapist to add to our clinical team. We are looking for a credentialed therapist with experience in addiction, trauma, co-occurring clients, and dealing with complex cases in an individual and group setting. This is a great opportunity for a credentialed therapist to be able to work with a small group and caseload under 5 on substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The right candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise which preference given to candidates with experience in CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Candidate must hold a Master’s Degree and licensed in the State of Tennessee as and LPC, LMSW, or LMFT. If not currently licensed in Tennessee must be willing to work towards licensure in the State of Tennessee.

Job Duties herein are not limited to:

  • Psychosocial assessments
  • Evaluating and developing appropriate treatment plans and counseling needs for each assigned client
  • Provides clinical services including individual, group and family therapy
  • Crisis intervention services, primary process groups, psychoeducation presentations and experiential learning groups for clients and families
  • Provide daily updates in clients’ chart utilizing electronic medical records documentation.

Job Title:  Nutritionist- Contract Basis

Magnolia Ranch Recovery is an intimate Residential Substance Abuse Treatment facility located on over 100 acres of beautiful countryside that provides a haven for those struggling with addiction and other mental health disorders. We are located in Taft, TN, 45 minutes north of Huntsville, AL.

We are currently seeking a Nutritionist to work on a consultant basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting nutrition assessments, identifying patients at risk and creating meal plans. The ideal applicant has experience providing nutrition education to patients and mitigating risk factors.

Job Duties herein are not limited to:

  • Provide dietary services in accordance with facility standards and guidelines, state and federal laws and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with Executive Chef on a weekly phone call to develop nutrition plans and implement interventions based on knowledge of client’s current health
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling for clients twice a month in a group setting

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be a Registered Dietitian

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for the evening and overnight only at this time. Candidates must be licensed in the State of Tennessee or licensed in another state and able to apply for licensure within 90 days of employment. We are seeking candidates that have open scheduling and flexibility. We desire candidates that have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with those struggling with addiction and other mental health disorders.

Job Duties herein are not limited to:

  • Works daily with patients to provide support, encouragement, and guidance
  • Documents patient information and notifies supervisor or medical if crisis/emergencies arises
  • Assists in emergency situations as directed
  • Ensures patients attend scheduled activities
  • Assists with medication administration. Draws blood, prepares specimens for transport to external lab, collects urine samples, administer and read tuberculosis test
  • Understands and maintains confidentiality of patient information and records
  • Obtain client vital signs and informs medical staff of irregularities
  • Recognizes crisis situations and provides appropriate interventions based on training and experience
  • Monitors client status and documents and/or reports findings to clinical/medical staff
