Intensive Outpatient Program in Nashville
As part of a recommended step-down model – one that is widely recognized as the best model for recovery – our residents graduate to the Nashville Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) of care after completing the Residential Rehabilitation Treatment at Magnolia Ranch. We recognize the importance of maintaining an environment of therapeutic rehabilitation that matches the level of care our residents had received during their stay here. That is why aftercare planners work only with leading Intensive Outpatient facilities across the country to match residents with the ideal step-down program for them. Whether they choose to receive continued treatment back home, close by, or in an entirely new region, our discharge planners are equipped to help residents transition to the next phase in their recovery journey with ease and confidence.
Expert Aftercare Planners & Primary Therapists
Our aftercare planners and Primary Therapists are critical in this phase of integration as they help to identify where and when each resident will step-down to the intensive outpatient phase of treatment. Some residents are best suited to return home to continue in their therapeutic journey, while others are recommended to a regional IOP or new geographic location that meets their exact needs. We’re proud to proclaim that our services don’t stop after a resident has left our programming. Part of our “commitment to our residents” is to follow up regularly with each one to identify successes and setbacks as they traverse their path in recovery.
TN Intensive Outpatient Program Requirements:
At the Intensive Outpatient level of care, each client is required to attend group programming for 3 hours a day, 3 days a week, in addition to a 1-hour one-on-one session with their therapist. IOP is also ideal for someone who has not been through the residential program but has obligations that permit them from attending day-long programming.
At-Home Or Residential Intensive Outpatient Programs
One of the benefits of our Nashville Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is the flexible living opportunity for clients. This enables clients who wish to live at home and complete IOP that opportunity, while also offering them the option to reside in a sober, structured, and safe community residence.
Since many clients are from out of state, a large portion of IOP attendees also live together in community residences – also referred to as Supported Recovery Residences. Even for those who may live close by, it is customary for clients to live in supervised, off-campus community housing, which requires higher levels of accountability while also helping them to integrate into a new sober environment.
Premiere Nashville Intensive Outpatient Programs
Magnolia Ranch Recovery provides outpatient care such as intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for individuals with acute psychiatric symptoms that require a safe and therapeutic environment. We provide intensive outpatient programs for those with chemical dependency and can conduct dual diagnosis that will specifically address the needs of any individual in recovery for substance abuse. Our well-trained team of outpatient specialists understand and recognize the needs of patients dealing with psychological and emotional disorders as well as those with a chemical dependency that are seeking to titrate down to lower levels of care. At Magnolia Ranch Recovery, the goal of our programs are to help our patients through their recovery and achieve success throughout their lives.
Psychiatric Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient Program, abbreviated as IOP, was developed to offer a focused, time-limited, all-encompassing therapeutic environment in order to treat substance abuse issues as well as mental health. Our IOP group therapy was created for those looking for principles of recovery and tools to either step down from partial hospitalization or an inpatient setting or simply for an individual needing both treatment and support.
Because we are hospital-based, all patients have access to a team of experts, which include registered nurses, psychologists, masters-level therapists, chemical dependency counselors, and psychiatrists. For example, for our psychiatric patients, we have groups meets for three hours a day.
Chemical Dependency & Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient Program, also called IOP, was developed to offer a focus, time-limited, all-encompassing therapeutic environment for the treatment of substance abuse and mental health issues. Our IOP group therapy was created for those seeking principles of recovery and tools they can use to either step down from inpatient Rehab, rehabilitation, a non-hospital residential setting, or simply for an individual seeking treatment and support.
Because we are hospital-based, all patients have access to a team of experts, which include registered nurses, psychologists, masters-level therapists, chemical dependency counselors, and psychiatrists. For chemical dependency patients, each group will meet for three hours a day, three days a week, typically for an eight week period. For dual diagnosis patients, groups will meet for three hours a day, and the duration and frequency will be dependent on the patient’s unique treatment plan.
